Week Three – Fitness Challenge

Nothing to write home about

Could I have already hit a pleatu in my diet regimine?  Instead of loosing weight I gained half a pound.  I am greatful that I didn’t gain anymore, but didn’t expect to level out this week.  My diet was very similiar to last week, not a single cheat day or even snack.

Although the week has been dismal as far as progress, I have continued to slowly increase the amount of exercise that I am doing.  Today my twitter friend Rose Sysol has volunteered to be my drill sargent, kicking my workout routine up a notch (or two).

Let’s see what the next week brings for me.
